I had a great easy experience w Marty Chevrolet. I was forced to purchase my truck from another dealer at the tail end of Covid but the Marty team treated me as a customer. Service was quick and easy clearing several maintenance updates without any hassle. Very polite friendly staff.

The whole overall experience was quick and easy. Zero pressure on the purchase.

I explained to the service advisor prior to the appointment that I would be waiting for the the truck and that it needed to be done on time and the part must be in stock that day. I made clear that I had other appointments that day and had to be in and out with no unnecessary delays. I brought the truck in on 3/24 a little earlier than the scheduled time, they brought it right in anyway, and got me out within the hour. A super nice experience. The service advisor behind the counter was also very pleasent and friendly, which is usually never the case. Overall a great service experience the way it should be.

Salesman Max was awesome. He went over and above to make sure everything went perfect with my purchase. I would buy from him again when I need another vehicle. Another salesman Nate helped out when Max wasn't there with any questions I had, even though it wasn't his sale. At other dealerships this wouldn't of happened, they would have sent me to voicemail. Not at Marty's, they worked as a team. Thank you

Had rain guards installed on new vehicle

Nate did a great job explaining the features of the truck that convinced me it was the right vehicle for me. After that the rest of the transaction was done quickly and efficiently.

Jillian was helpful and professional. My oil change was quick and the waiting area has space for me to get some work dome while I waited.

For the last 30 years I have purchased Dodge Vehicles. I recently moved to Bourne and saw the Chevy Dealership nearby (Marty's Chevrolet). I was met by Sales Consultant Nathan Pires. I test drove a 2025 Colorado Truck. While negotiating a price I was introduced to the General Manager Justin Phillips. My overall experience with these men was outstanding, for which I never experience purchasing a new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership as Excellent William McNamara Bourne, MA.

My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and went to multiple different dealerships. Our salesman Guy BOGNANNO from Marty’s was by far the most helpful, pleasant, and friendly that we dealt with. Also JUSTIN PHILLIPS was friendly and easy to work with. They misplaced a key and have promised to get it taken care of. We also had a warning message come on in the vehicle and have been easy to communicate with and have assured us they will make it right once we bring it back in. Overall we had a great experience at Marty’s so far

Great staff, particularly Max, my salesperson. Did not know what I wanted but he found it.

The check engine light lit up at 300 miles on our new Trax, I called Marty’s and was told to bring it in. The Service rep. Paulo, attached a code reader and found it to be a fuel problem so we made an appointment. When I brought the vehicle in for the appointment I found out that Paulo had done some research, found a GM bulletin on our problem and ordered the necessary parts. Because of his diligence the repairs were made in two hours and I was on my way. Now that’s Great service!
